Fighting Childhood Obesity - Donate Below
Our purpose is to provide a healthy living and exercise program focused on children suffering from obesity and its repercussions. The program is designed to deliver the tools and supplies needed to incorporate a healthy living program into the family daily routine.
Why Obesity? In 2018, the national childhood obesity rate was 18.5% according to The State Of Obesity report. It is estimated that medical costs in the United States for obesity related illnesses is estimated at $14.1 billion dollars for children. We believe introducing healthy eating choices as well as some basic daily exercise routines that can be accomplished without a gym, would inspire children to take action.
While there are many organizations offering health education and exercise programs, none are geared toward obese children and their challenges. Our program is structured to provide children with the tools needed to achieve healthier living habits and improved quality of life.
Our goal is that each child's awareness of the benefits will encourage parents to incorporate a healthy living plan into the family daily routine resulting in an improvement in the overall obesity rate for the United States which was 40% in 2018; California's obesity rate was 25.1% and ranked 48.
We are passionate in our belief that a healthy living and daily exercise program will diminish the number of individuals suffering from obesity and its repercussions and will alleviate some of the financial burden of medical costs and improve and extend a healthier quality of life.

"Eating Healthy and Exercise Are A Team"
Our presentation is geared to educate the children and their parents
about the importance of eating healthy and exercising.
Our nutritionist presents a host of basic information about
nutrition and the benefits of selecting healthier eating choices.
Our exercise program is conducted by personal trainers and
suggests alternative ways to exercise without going to the gym.
